We would love to work with you to feature your product or business with our racers. There are many ways to be involved and gain exposure, from hosting a packet pick up location or after party, sponsoring a water station (at select events), adding a goody or coupon to the goody bag, providing an in-kind donation/sample for the racers on the course or at the finish line, or setting up a booth on race-day at the expo.
We can feature your business on the event webpage, racer emails or social media! All sponsorship payments must be received before your business is included in any kind of mention or posting.

Goody Bag Stuffer
If you have arranged to place something into the Goody Bag, please make sure your 'stuffer' reaches us by the deadline so our volunteers and staff can get it into each racer's goody bag! Items received after the deadline will not be in the goody bag.
DEADLINE: FRIDAY before race week. August 5, 2022 by 4:00 PM
QUANTITY: We will prepare 350 goody bags in 2022
LOCATION: Mail to: 7960 Hollywood Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. (If you would rather drop off in person than mail/ship your items, please email us in advance to make arrangements.)
If your sponsorship includes expo presence, you will be given approximately 12'x12' of space. Tents and tables are NOT included, however, some of you have already arranged for table/tent rental from 3W Races. In that case, your tent and or table will be set for you at your designated space.
Generally, tent rental is $75 and tables are $10 each to rent for the event. 3W will bring the tent/table, set it up at your designated location and tear it down at the end of the event. If you are interested in this arrangement, please coordinate with us at least one week in advance.
Historical Participant Data
2021 will be a 8th year event. We've had between 200 and 370 participants over all the years we've held this event (except 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID). For 2021, we expect to see about 300-350 participants. These numbers do NOT include spectators, volunteers, staff members and other vendors present at the event.
14% 18 and Under
Each our events partners with a local, humanitarian charity and we encourage racers to bring IN KIND donations to the charity partner at the event on race day. Each racer is given a raffle ticket for bringing a donation. If you have a cool prize/product that you would like to donate to the raffle that will encourage racers to bring their donations, please let us know in advance! You may drop off the raffle prize at our office or give to the race director on race day.
Race Day - LOCATION/TIME
TIME: 5:30-6:30 AM Vendor Set Up, Expo opens 6:30am, First race starts at 6:30 AM, 10:00 AM is Tear Down. The finish line officially closes at 9:30 AM. Click Here for Racer Schedule
Westminster Promenade Terrace 10060 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80021. This is across the street from the Westin Hotel.
PARKING: There are plenty of parking spaces to the southwest of the terrace and across the street by the Caribou Coffee. Parking can be a bit tricky and sometimes fills up quickly, so it is best to arrive early so you have plenty of time to drop off your stuff and get your car parked. We are not able to block off any spaces so allow extra time to get parked and come back to get things set up. Please see this GOOGLE MAP for locations that we are permitted to park.
**NOTE: The Promenade Terrace venue is a grassy common area at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs. You may utilize the ramps and roll your equipment down to the grass on a hand truck or dolly. If you have a lot of heavy equipment, please plan accordingly.
