RESTROOMS
Port-a-johns are located in the Expo Area near the start and finish. There is one restroom stop on the course that 10k racers will see twice.
WATER
All 3W Events maintain a cup-free finish area. Bring your own water bottle. At the finish line, there will be no cups. You can leave your water bottle at the finish/start area or in your car, as parking is very close to the finish line. There will be water for refilling your personal bottle in the expo.
There is one water station on the 5k Course just before the turn around. The 10k runners will see water stations 4 times. (Two stations that you will pass twice - approx. miles 1, 2, 4, and 5)
There ARE cups at the water stations.
COURSE SURFACE
The majority of this trail is on CONCRETE with several wooden foot bridges and intermittent crushed gravel. ALL of the course is at least 8 feet wide. Along most of the concrete path, there is crushed gravel for those who prefer it.
COURSE CUT OFF
Course cut off is 1hour and 45 minutes. Official finish line and expo will close at 9:15 AM. That means that 10k participants should maintain at least a 17 min/mile pace. (We really think you can do it!!!)
